How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery then usually takes around 7–14 business days. Delivery times can vary depending on the product, the supplier and your location, and during busy periods they can occasionally take a little longer. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow a few days for the first tracking updates to appear.
Can I return an item?
Yes. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
