RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

30-day returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

 

Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

 

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund - no need to return the item in most cases. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.

 

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot refund orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us and we will try to help.
